This was my first visit to Advanced Animal Care of Mount Pleasant and I was more than pleased. From the moment I walked inside, the staff was warm and friendly, I was escorted to an exam room quickly, and the wait time for the doctor was short. Overall, my experience was excellent.
This review is long overdue. I didn't know how to put into words just how much the team at Advanced Animal Care has helped me so I'll talk about their greatness in a general sense. With every visit to their clinic they've shown me just how much they love animals, they are compassionate towards people, and they understand the importance of fostering lasting relationships between the two for the benefit of our shared world. They truly care and that is even more apparent in the fact that they run a 501(c)(3) non-profit that helps so many animals. Maybe you're looking for honest, quality care for your pet or maybe you recently took in a wayward stray and you need some pointers, either way you won't be disappointed if you make an appointment with any one of the wonderful doctors at AAC. I would know, I've been to them all. 10/10 would recommend
We brought in our dog Molly for a routine check and shots. The staff is always nice and very knowledgeable. Also fun to see the cats that stay there. We also bring our two cats and will continue to do so. Happy customers.
My two dogs get the best care ever at Advanced Animal Care. As one is now a senior, they are so good at taking the time to go over all of him and discuss it with me. I’ve seen all three doctors in Mt. Pleasant and am Happy with each of them. I think their prices are also reasonable
Dr. Leslie Steele was warm and compassionate. The staff and techs were very friendly and engaging. Overall a good experience. Our patient Dexter seemed to be at ease as well.
Dr. Hardy is so knowledgeable and makes my dog feel so comfortable. They are mindful of cost and don’t perform unnecessary tests. Excellent clinic!!
